The apartment is a second floor on a mezzanine, with independent access. As you can see from the photos it is brand new and perfectly equipped, equipped with all appliances. Under the house there is a private parking space. At 100 meters the stop of the tourist bus for all the towns in the valley and also of the scheduled bus for Cavalese-Trento. In front of the house, immediately after a small bridge over the Avisio there is the park. The center is 500 meters away, all flat. The supermarket and a takeaway pizzeria are 300 meters away in the opposite direction to the center. Next to the house there is a hotel where breakfast and the wellness center are available on request (for the hotel services at the beginning of each new season we have to ask for confirmation, for example until last summer there was also restaurant service, but in this winter season the hotel no longer has dinner).
